The beauty of mobile personal training is that you as the client, get to choose the location. Our expert trainers will come to your choice of place. They are all friendly, down-to-earth, regular Joe's and Jane's so you can train at your home, backyard or garage comfortably. 

 

Your favourite oval or the local park with the monkey bars are also among the popular choices. Some of the local parks are really well-equipped for a thorough body-weight training. Our trainers carry a wide variety of equipment, and you only need to bring your own mat if you like it cushy. 

 

Most obvious benefit of mobile personal training is there is no commute. It is perfect for people who are short on time, and even 20 minutes of commuting makes a difference. Instead of having to wait in traffic and red lights, our trainers will come to you so you can just focus on the training. 

 

Another benefit; some members are more comfortable training in their own environment without the crowds in the gym, and any possible judgment they might feel. If you would feel more comfortable training around people after dropping 20 kgs off your back, mobile personal training is the perfect kickstart for you!
